This course if for qualified counsellor and psychotherapists only

This course is designed for counsellors and therapists who want to become more knowledgeable in the psychology behind counselling. This course will not teach you how to counsel but rather enable qualified counsellors to enhance their psychological understanding behind counselling. Counsellor training does not for instance train counsellors in personality disorders. What happens if a counsellor’s is presented with a client who has dissociated identity disorder or histrionic personality disorder? Okay, they can refer but would the counsellors know what the signs were if this person had not been officially diagnosed?
