Advanced Diploma in Counselling Level 5 (Year 4) Available April & September 2011

This course is available to students who have gained their level 1 – 4 counselling qualifications.

This is the final year of the counselling training programme offered by Ridgeway College. The student will now be ready and able to seek a placement and gain a minimum of 100 hours practical counselling experience under supervision. Note: (the student may also seek a placement half way through their advanced certificate year.)

The student will also be expected to take a final exam that will lead to the qualification of the Ridgeway Advanced Diploma in Counselling.

Details of the final year are fully discussed with successful students after completing their advanced certificate training.
